SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping is through USPS Priority (with the exception of alcohol sprays, which can only be shipped via USPS ground). Please understand that once the Post Office has your package, we can no longer control how quickly it gets to you.
Shipping is calculated for each order based on location. Free shipping is only good for the United States and will be via Priority (Ground for sprays). Faster shipping is available at buyer's expense, even on orders over $49.
Each package is sent with tracking and the tracking numbers are emailed immediately.
Faster shipping through USPS or another company is available. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all import, customs or duty taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health reasons.
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued in the form of whatever payment was used.
Refunds cannot be issued after the first 24 hours.
