​Returns & Refunds

Commissoner Cancelled before completion:

If you cancel the commission after making the deposit and payments, it will be redesigned and (ONLY if sold) you will receive a partial refund. Your refund would be $200 plus 20% less than what you have paid for the suit.

Commissoner dislikes after receiving:

If a suit has been approved and sent out, there are no refunds. If there is a problem with the suit, please see the warranty information below. If you have changed your mind or just don't like it, you are welcome to sell the suit. I will NOT take the suit and issue a refund.

Cancelled by me for personal reasons:

Very rarely do I have to cancel a commission due to personal reasons. If this is the case, I will do my best to refund what I can right away and the remainder once the redesigned suit has sold. In this case, only the $200 is not refundable.

Harassment Issues:

If I have to cancel a commission due to issues with a customer, you will not be refunded. I do not tolerate harassment or bad mouthing. These are only a few reasons I might cancel a commission. I am an easy person to work with and have no problems with people changing the design or asking me to fix something. Please just be polite about it. If I find someone too difficult a person to work with, for whatever reason, your commission will be cancelled without refund.

 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to cancel a commission of anyone.
